In 2004 I began cycling as a hobby.
Beginning in January 2005 I began logging
my annual miles at a website called
www.bikejournal.com.
My profile on bikejournal.com has my annual milage as
well as a picture of my bikes.

out. Help me support the National MS Society, by sponsoring my ride in the 22nd annual MS 150 bike tour to help stop multiple sclerosis. To donate click the logo on the right. I recently started keeping a blog of my training for the MS150. You can read about my training in addition to watching my milage log at bikejournal. The blog address is sabeard.blogspot.com. I recently picked up a new bike computer. I bought a Garmin Edge 305HR+. This computer incorporates a GPS and barometric altimeter to record my position and elevation while I ride. It also incorporate a heart rate monitor so I can see how I am training relative to my training plan. I bought the Edge305 to help me better follow my training program. I am getting my training plans from Trivantage. They were able to determine my exact training zones based on my lactate threshold. |
